We have been in business since 2009. We recently opened our office building in August 2025.

Our office is located at 1199 W. Main St, Forest City, NC.

Typically, we have a 2-3 week wait time.

Most reroofs/new roofs are completed in 1 day. It also depends on the slope of the roof, size of home, and layout of the roof.

Santos is our last name. Carlos and Pedro (brothers) are the owners.

Yes, we offer free estimates for roofing, siding, and gutters. We can customize your estimate, meaning we can do labor and material or just labor, whatever the client prefers.

We use CertainTeed Architectural shingles on all of our projects. We have tested a few different brands, and we are happy with the products that CertainTeed offers.

It all depends on the client's preference. Shingle replacements usually will be done every 10-15 years. While metal roofs (tuff rib) will require the homeowner to change out the screws around every 10 years and may possibly fade.

Serving Forest City, Rutherfordton, Lake Lure, Bostic, Ellenboro, and all the surrounding areas throughout Rutherford County and neighboring counties as well.

We do both. We can assist with insurance claims or just do retail work.

Yes, our crews are instructed to provide cleanup services for our projects. We use magnetic sweepers on all our projects and remove all debris. Debris is taken to the landfill by our crews.
